For my recent stay in this hotel, I was really surprised by a number of great things. the cleanliness of the room was perfect, with everything super clean and well-maintained. the hotel facilities were great, providing a luxurious experience throughout my stay. The breakfast spread was quite excellent with a variety of options to choose from, ensuring a good start to the day. Lastly, the staff's kindness and friendliness made me feel welcome and valued, especially the check-in and valet parking staff.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The location of the hotel offers a breathtaking view of the Han river, making it a serene escape from the bustling city. The rooms are impeccably clean, with comfortable beds and pillows that ensure a good night's sleep. The friendly and helpful staff make the stay even more pleasant, providing excellent service from check-in to valet parking.
There were some noise disturbances at night, possibly due to other guests hosting parties, which affected our quality of sleep.

The luxurious amenities afforded by this hotel were exceptional, with room service responding almost instantly to every request. the Restaurant had a wide variety of well-prepared meals on offer, and the Bar and Lounge area was a great place to relax after a long day. the private facilities were clean and well-maintained.
Although everything else was fantastic, one minor issue we encountered was the noise from other guests during the night, disrupting our sleep. Some guests were evidently holding a party, which made it difficult to get much rest.

The staff were kind, friendly, and helpful, particularly at check-in and with valet parking. The room was clean with a nice view. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The hotel exuded luxury.
